Stations

This is an icon of a glass of water to represent aid stations. At all of The Florida Run trail events, athletes can expect aid stations to provide them with water or Gatorade for refreshments during and after the trail run.
This is an icon of a family to represent family friendliness. Be assured that the trail runs hosted by The Florida Run are family friendly. We make sure that everyone is safe and has fun at our trail running events.

This is an icon of a race medal to represent medallions. At the OVERFLOW Trail Running events, athletes have access to throwback medallions we’ve had at our past trail running events.

This is an icon of a bathroom sign to represent on-course restroom. Having access to restrooms are pretty important, especially at a trail running event. There are restrooms on-course as well as the start/finish line for all of our trail running even

This is an icon of a musical note represents live music. At our OVERFLOW Trail Running events, we have live music after the race. It’s a nice way to cool down, enjoy the sunset.

Parking fees go directly to Lake Louisa State Park. Parking passes are single use only.

Course Details

Aid stations will be at miles 2 and 4. Some will be self-serve and some will have volunteers. On-course restrooms will be at mile 4. Camelbaks are recommended for this trail run. To help keep our State Parks clean please dispose of all trash in the trash cans.
